Fifteen years of keeping Richmond's water where it belongs
We started as a two-truck operation in 2011. Today we're the metro's most-called plumbing team — and we still answer the phone ourselves.
Built by plumbers, not investors
FlowMaster was founded by master plumber Daniel Ortiz after a decade spent watching homeowners get overcharged and under-informed by larger franchises. He set one rule for the company: every customer sees the price before any tool touches a pipe.
That rule is still the whole business model. We've grown from a two-truck operation to a full fleet covering the Richmond metro, but the promise hasn't changed — licensed technicians, honest pricing, and work that's done right the first time.
Mission
Deliver plumbing work that homeowners and businesses never have to think about twice — done right, priced fairly, on time.
Vision
To be the plumbing company every other home-service business in Richmond is measured against.
Core Values
Honesty on every invoice, respect for your home, and craftsmanship that holds up long after the warranty ends.
The people behind the truck
Leadership and licensed field technicians who've made FlowMaster what it is.

Diagnostics that avoid unnecessary demolition
Every truck carries video pipe inspection cameras, acoustic and thermal leak detectors, and hydro-jetting equipment rated for both residential and commercial lines — so we find the problem before we open a wall.
The reputation is the whole strategy
We don't run high-pressure sales scripts or charge "trip fees" to show up. Word of mouth and repeat customers make up the majority of our business — that only happens when the work speaks for itself.
